Was born in Aurora, Illinois.  served in the Illinois Army National Guard for 7.5 yrs and had Long and Honorable Service Medal and Army Accommodation Medal.  Graduated from University of Illinois with degrees in Neuroscience and did research at Beckman Institute. Received Outstanding College Students of America and Who’s Who.   Did research at University of Chicago Pritzker School of medicine in cardiology and transplant surgery from (91 to 94).  BS in biology Aurora University graduated Magnum Cum Laude.   Midwestern University with Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine 97.   Internship in internal medicine and residency in Emergency Medicine.  Who’s Who of young physician,  Fellow in American College Osteopathic Emergency Medicine(ACOEP) in 2005.   Served at the college on emergency medicine committee since 2001 to 2011 with vice chair for 2 yrs, CEBEMS board member for 2 yrs, vice chair and chair of Oral board review course, CME committee for 4 yrs, national speaker for ACOEP.  EMS medical director for 5 years and teaching faculty for ATLS with Tulane University as well University South Alabama.
